Brendan Ferrara has over a decade of experience in the real estate brokerage, investment, and development business. Beginning his career in brokerage, Brendan later worked in Asset Management for Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a family owned private equity real estate investment firm focused on value-add multi-family and retail investments. At CRC, Brendan monitored various aspects of CRC's $2 billion investment portfolio including the financial performance of its value-add multi-family renovation program and also oversaw construction of the firm's business intelligence platform.

After CRC, Brendan joined the Acquisitions and Asset Management group of Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM), a public real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of retail and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Focused on the Mid-Atlantic, Brendan has had direct involvement in over $300 million of ground up development and redevelopment projects and over $60 million of transaction activity in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Brendan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate & Economic Development from the University of Baltimore, and a Master's Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Brendan also serves as Board Member and Treasurer of the City Center Residents Association (CCRA), a registered 501(c)(3) which represents and advocates for residents in Downtown Baltimore.
